What we collect
The details you enter in the application form: name, contact details, location, professional background, links you provide, your message and your answers to optional questions.
The files you upload, such as your CV, cover letter, certificates or work samples.
Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse, such as a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user agent, and the page or campaign that brought you to us.
Why we use it
To assess your application, contact you about it and run our hiring process for the role you applied for — or, for open applications, for suitable current and future roles.
To keep the application process secure and prevent spam or automated submissions.
Who can see it
Only the people involved in hiring at Splendid Systems. Your files are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never publicly accessible.
We use service providers for hosting, file storage and email delivery who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
When the hiring process for your application has ended, we keep your application for 6 months and then delete it, including all uploaded files.
You can ask us to delete your application earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your application at any time.
